- Delivery Timeline
Local Delivery (Within the Kingdom of Bahrain)
- Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Our delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.
We always aim to deliver your order within the specified time frame, but unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather, or courier delays) may cause slight variations.
- Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery charges apply per order and per address.
- Free delivery promotions (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, redelivery charges may apply.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number or delivery reference.
- You can use this information to monitor your shipment status directly through our logistics partner’s portal.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
- Delivery Procedure
- A signature or acknowledgment is required at the time of delivery.
- If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule an alternative delivery date.
- After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package may be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery will incur additional charges.
- International Shipping
We offer international delivery to selected countries.
Please note the following:
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
- The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.
- GREEN FX SOLUTIONS WLL has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- In case of non-payment of customs charges, the shipment may be returned or destroyed, and no refunds will be issued.
