- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items that are supplied directly by the manufacturer.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of purchase or the e-payment confirmation receipt.
Please note that:
- Returns will not be accepted for non-defective, correctly delivered products.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless found defective upon inspection.
- Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

All items must be returned in person to an authorized GREEN FX SOLUTIONS WLL branch or to the address provided by our support team.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If the item is not approved for a refund, it will be returned to you at your request and expense.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:
- Contact our Customer Service immediately upon delivery.
- Provide photographs and a brief description of the issue.
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and must follow the standard return procedure.
- Exchanges
